An astute logistics professional with over 20 years of experience in supply chain and commercial management, Shinu is responsible for planning and  executing business strategies to improve efficiency in the operational management, advising on projects, procurements, marketing, risk analysis and supply chain management.

Kamal, an Executive MBA, is blessed with commendable communication, interpersonal and selling skills, a rare combination that soared his career graph to the Head of sales. His pragmatic and proactive approach has helped the company to enter many new markets / sectors and broaden its product portfolio to meet market demands at will.

In his capacity as the Chief Financial Officer, Padmesh brings to the CFO role more than 28 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, risk management, commercial negotiations, and financial strategy. He leverages his financial experience to steer DSS’s financial strategy across all business verticals.
